When is the best time to get started?
If your pregnancy goes smoothly, you will benefit the most if you start around week 24th week with this module. On the other hand, If your present severe pregnancy symptoms (nausea, pain, sleep, etc.), or if you have unresolved negative experiences from previous pregnancies or if you’re anxious about the birth, it is advisable to start as early as possible.
